Class Schedule

JUNIOR MARTIAL ARTS

Classes are practical fun and full of learning designed to help strengthen and develop confidence, fitness, teamwork and discipline. A fully structured curriculum which focuses on Mixed Martial arts aimed at juniors 11 and under.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING 

This class mixes a combination of bag and pad work with cardio and conditioning exercises where individuals combine various striking techniques along with sit ups, squats and press ups etc to receive the ultimate strength and conditioning workout.

ADULT MARTIAL ARTS

Self Protection and Martial Art Concepts a non nonsense method of modern street self defence based on mixed martial arts structured around the individuals ability. Students practice using various equipment such as pads and bags.

WEAPON CONCEPTS

Here we work with single and double handed traditional weapons such as the single and double sticks, hanbo, short staff and many more. Weapons concept can be learnt as a complete system but is also a great addition and complements other martial arts training.
